Throughout our time together I will regularly seek your feedback about your session and if it is working for you. The time you spend with me in session is YOUR TIME. You will never be forced to talk about anything you don't want to talk about and you will never be forced or locked into one specific approach - as you grow and change, I will adjust my approach according to your present need.
